It all depends on the size of the property and the type of service we provide. (e.g. 15 MLS photos 45-60 min.)

We encourage our clients to have the property photo ready prior to the photographer arriving to the photoshoot. If the photographer gets to the property and the property is not photo ready, the property will be photographed as is. In most instances small things can be moved out of the picture frame by the photographer.

If the photographer arrives to the appointment and the appointment is rescheduled for a reason that could have been prevented, a fee up to $50 can be imposed on your services. But in most instances, if you call us in advance to cancel or reschedule with a legitimate reason, the fees can be waived.
